WordWave Studio provides AI-powered audio content creation services, including script generation and text-to-speech synthesis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create using our service. However, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content to provide our services. We do not claim ownership of your generated audio content.

6. Payment Terms

For paid services:

  • Fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis or as a one-time lifetime payment
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

WordWave Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WordWave Studio from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our service.
